UCC/Tax Lien Searches, Copies and Certificates
The Clerk’s Office fulfills requests for searches and certified and noncertified
copies of UCC and federal tax lien documents of record with the Commission.
At present, we accept payments by check or money order. Billing services are available
only to attorneys, law firms and filing service companies located in Virginia.
To obtain a copy of a document by mail, please forward a completed
National Information Request Form (UCC11)
and a check or money order payable to “State Corporation Commission” for the appropriate
fees to:
