Purchase Database

The Clerk’s Office provides extractions of its database for corporation, limited liability company, and limited partnership information. This information is provided weekly via file transfer protocol (FTP) download. Record layouts are available that detail the information provided.

The monthly fee is $1,000.00. Prepayment is required. If you are interested in obtaining this information, please complete the Bulk Sales (Corporation, Limited Liability Company and Limited Partnership) License Agreement and mail, along with payment by check made payable to the State Corporation Commission, to:
