Clerk of the Commission

The Office of the Clerk is the central filing office in Virginia for corporations, general and limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and business trusts, as well as for UCC financing statements. The clerk’s office is also the official custodian of the judicial and administrative records of the Virginia State Corporation Commission.
