As a courtesy to and an educational tool for residents of the Commonwealth who might not otherwise be able to conveniently participate in Commission proceedings, the Commission broadcasts certain proceedings from its Richmond courtrooms using the Internet.
Computers must be equipped with a sound card, an Internet connection, and a web browser.
