Order Description
AO 11921 Approved NCCI Item Filing RM-W-8041 Revisions to Basic Manual Rules 4-A and 4-B for policies effective on or after July 1, 2012. This filing revised rule 4, which addresses the WCIP.
AO 11922 Approved NCCI Item Filing U-1398 Revisions to Statistical Plan for Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance for policies effective on or after January 1, 2013. This item filing revised the NCCI Statistical Plan and Experience Rating Plan manuals to clarify and provide further direction for reporting unit statistical data.
AO 11923 Approved Item Filing E-1402 Revisions to the Experience Rating Plan Primary / Excess Split Point Value and Maximum Debit Modification Formula for policies effective on or after April 1, 2013. This Item Filing revises the dollar value that splits losses into primary and excess portions and revises the maximum debit modification formula.
AO 11924 Approved NCCI Item Filing RM-01-VA-2011 for use with policies effective on or after January 1, 2012. This item filing created a national residual market rule 4 G. This new rule addresses consistent elements to all states regarding available coverages.
AO 11925 Exempts the filing of rules and rates for Commercial Excess Crime and Excess Fidelity Insurance
AO 11932 Approved NCCI Item Filing B 1425 Revisions to Employers’ Liability and Admiralty or FELA Coverage Increased Limits Percentages and Factors for policies effective on or after January 1, 2013. This item filing replaces the present percentages and factors for increased limits of employers liability insurance, revises the structure of the tables containing them and adds rules for increased limits pertaining to assigned risk policies.
AO 11933 Approved Item RM-W-8042 Establishment of Basic Manual Rule 4-I - Initial or Deposit Premium and Premium Installments for policies effective on or after January 1, 2013. This item filing creates national residual market Rule 4-I—Initial or Deposit Premium and Premium Installments, eliminates the state-specific deposit premium programs located in the assigned risk exceptions to Basic Manual Rule 3-A-6, and incorporates each state’s deposit and premium installment plans into Rule 4-I. It does not propose any changes to the deposit premium percentages and installments
AO 11936 Order suspending the requirement of Filing Forms, Rates, and Supplementary Rate Information for certain Commercial Insurance Policies under §§ 38.2-317 and 38.2-1906 of the Code of Virginia and Withdrawal of Administrative Order No. 8124
AO 11937 Effective October 1, 2012, Filing VA12-01 AIPSO is Introducing to subsection B.3.E of Section 7, item (3) Titled, “Electronic Retraction Process” steps of the process that a producer of record must take to retract an electronic EASI application. Item (4) Titled, “Alternate Procedure for the Submission for the retraction of an EASI Retraction Request Form” addresses the Steps required for submitting a paper copy EASI Retraction Form, when EASI is not available.
AO 11938 Effective October 1, 2012, Filing VA 12-03 AIPSO made editorial changes to the Plan Introduction regarding application and form availability on the website.
