Company Tax Filing Information

All annual tax and assessment forms/packets are due by March 1. Companies are required to file specific forms based upon the lines of authority for which they are licensed in Virginia. The specific forms are listed by NAIC number on this website. THE ANNUAL TAX/ASSESSMENT FORMS MUST BE DOWNLOADED FROM THIS SITE or use a computer software package that has been approved by the Bureau. All forms required by a specific company should be listed. However, if there is discrepancy from previous filings, contact Joyce Jones (Joyce.Jones@scc.virginia.gov) for clarification prior to filing. IT IS THE COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE ALL NECESSARY FORMS ARE FILED.
