This site contains information regarding third-party testing of the operation support systems ("OSS") of Bell Atlantic-Virginia Inc., now Verizon-Virginia Inc. In this regard, KPMG Consulting, Inc., ("KPMG"), under the direction of the Commission, tests whether Verizon offers competing carriers nondiscriminatory access to its operation support system functions as required by the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
