The Office of Commission Comptroller is responsible for the Commission's finances.
The office prepares and implements the Commission budget; ensures fiscal control of
SCC operations, and oversees management of the Tyler Building.
The Office of the Comptroller is also responsible for all procurement on behalf
of the Commission including development and issuance of Requests for Proposals and Invitations
for Bid.
